arisantoto requires three documents for account verification. First, a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) — photo must be clear and all text readable. Second, a selfie holding the ID next to your face to confirm identity. Third, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement) issued within 3 months and showing your name and address. All documents must be in colour. Upload them via your account dashboard. We review submissions within 1–2 business days during standard weekdays (excluding public holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha).

Yes. Log in to your arisantoto account and go to Account Settings > Contact Information. Click Edit next to your email or phone number. Enter the new details and confirm the change. If you are changing your phone number, we send an SMS confirmation code to the new number—enter that code to confirm. If you are changing your email, we send a verification link to the new email address—click the link to complete the change. All changes take effect immediately after verification. If you forget your current email during a phone change, contact support with your username and date of birth for assistance.

Payments and transactions

arisantoto does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet bank transfer, the amount credited to your arisantoto balance is the full amount you transfer. Some payment providers (e.g. banks or e-wallets) may charge their own fees for processing—those are outside arisantoto's control and appear in your payment provider's statement, not ours. Similarly, when you withdraw, we do not deduct a platform fee. Your withdrawal reaches your registered e-wallet or bank account at the full amount requested. Processing times vary by payment method, but no arisantoto fees apply.

We accept several Indonesia-region payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. E-wallet options include mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. For bank transfers, we accept local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. We also support local payment, which works with all major banks and e-wallets. Choose your preferred method during deposit; your first withdrawal can go to any registered method (e-wallet or bank account in your name). Deposits via e-wallet settle instantly.
